Ghana 2022

In February 2022, HLG and its partner, Grambling State University and students made a second visit to Ghana.  Also, in attendance were interns from Louisiana Tech and Xavier University with a wealth of basketball experience.  During this trip, HLG was able to provide various opportunities for students to engage in Ghanaian culture throughout the country.

DONATIONS, DONATIONS, DONATIONS.  HLG and the students were able to witness what working together for common goal looks like.  Educational learning materials and reading books were donated to elementary and middle school students.  Computers and laptops are very limited in most elementary and middle schools, but because of our supporters we were able to donate used laptops to local schools.  We also donated shoes, basketball goals, basketballs, a volleyball net and volleyballs.
